2. Q. What is personal basketball training?

    A. Personal basketball training focuses on teaching student-athletes the proper fundamentals of basketball on a one-to one basis. These fundamentals consist of proper shooting, ball handling, rebounding, defending, and passing, ECT….

3. Q. What’s the difference between personal training and team training?

    A. Personal training provides undivided attention to a trainee for the duration of a basketball training session. Team training focuses more on the team/group as a whole.

  

4. Q. How many sessions will allow a trainee effective learning?

    A. Effective learning will depend on the motivation of a client, and how much time they spend practicing outside of training.

 

5. Q. How will consistent training benefit a trainee?

    A. Consistent training reinforces what is being taught and will help build a trainee’s basketball skills and confidence.

      A. $40 Per session. Each session is a 60-minute training session.
